ADE-6F Series Armoured Gland
For use with steel wire armoured, steel wire braided, steel tape armoured, and braided marine shipboard cable, ADE-6F

Series Armoured Glands are installed:

To provide a fully inspectable inner seal after installation

This cable gland now comes with silicone seal as standard and complies with IEC 60079-0: 2011 Ed.6.

Suitable for the following cable types:
Steel wire armoured cable (SWA)
Steel wire braided cable (SWB)
Steel tape armoured cable (STA)
Braided marine shipboard cable; Type P cable

Operating temperature: -60°C to +140°C

Material:
Nickel-plated brass for superior corrosion resistance. 316L stainless steel, bronze and aluminum options available. It is recommended that a suitable lubricant is used on all threads of stainless steel and aluminum versions.

Ingress protection (IP):
IP66 / IP68 according to the method of attachment and the condition of the equipment area. Equipped with ‘deluge’ seal.
